Every piece is packaged semi-assembled, with an easy assembly schema included.
Materials:
185 / 220 gr card-stock.
1.5mm - 2mm metal wires for arch structure
Metallic cord for the paper strips
Its possible to choose from Natural wire color or Golden wire for the Archs.
Size: aprox 40cm wide x 60cm long + additional length to hang.
Each mobile is made by hand so slight variations to the images may occur.

The mobile is carefully warped with silk paper into a cardboard box 2 cm x 24cm x 16cm

Care:
No water; keep it indoors. The card-stock may change color over time or with exposure to intense sunlight.

Estimated shipping times:
Sweden: 1-4 days
Europe: 2-9 days
Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks
Longer shipping times may occur, especially around holidays. Please contact us if your delivery has not arrived within one week more than estimated shipping time.
All our products are made or assembled to order. Please refer to each product description lead time.

RETURN POLICY:
All returns and claims must be pre-authorized by Smahus-Ateljé via e-mail (hello@smahusatelje.com) within 30 days of receipt with your stated reasons. Smahus Ateljé is not responsible for any return shipping costs with the exception of items damaged during shipping or mistakes made on our behalf. Smahus Ateljé will only issue a refund for the cost of the item (not including shipping cost)
Smahus Ateljé require customers to pack and ship the return item in it's original state. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund after we receive the returned item. Merchandise damaged during shipping is eligible for return shipping cost or replacement with CLEAR photo proof of the damaged item AND the condition of the packaging as this info is needed for L&G to file a damage claim. International orders that lost or damaged in shipping also may require an electronic signature to be processed.
Shipping damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt and emailed to hello@smahusatelje.com Clear photos of the damage products and corresponding packaging must be provided and packaging supplies must be kept until further notice. Shipping damage claims will not be granted to products that have been installed or assembled.
